Terms of Service

By creating an account on the Defense Network Operator Connect platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

Defense Companies, Consultants, BBS, and Capital accounts require a legitimate professional email address and accurate company information. Misrepresentation of your company, role, or capabilities is grounds for immediate account termination.

Active Duty Operator accounts require current active duty status confirmed through our identity-protected vetting process. We do not require, request, or accept your SSN, Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), or other financial documents. Accounts created with false vetting information will be permanently banned and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Operator accounts are alias-only by design. You agree not to: reveal your real identity on the platform, connect your alias to your actual military identity in any way, or share your alias account credentials with any other person.

Defense Network LLC does not require, store, or accept your real identity. You are responsible for maintaining the alias separation on your own devices and accounts.

The platform is intended for: discovering vetted defense products and services, connecting defense companies with operators who can provide meaningful feedback, and facilitating legitimate defense acquisition activities.

You may not use the platform to: distribute ITAR- or EAR-controlled technical data without proper authorization, conduct espionage or unauthorized intelligence collection, solicit operators for activities outside their lawful scope of duty, spam or harass other members, or attempt to de-anonymize operator alias accounts.

Posts, messages, and profile content must be professional and related to defense acquisition, technology, or operations. Content that is defamatory, illegal, or violates the privacy of others will be removed and may result in account suspension.

Do not post classified information of any classification level on this platform. This platform is not authorized to receive, process, or store classified information.

The platform is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable without notice. The platform is provided as-is during beta. Defense Network LLC makes no guarantees about uptime, data retention, or feature availability during beta.

Defense Network LLC owns all rights to the platform, its design, and its software. You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Defense Network LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other members as part of normal platform operation.

Defense Network LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at any time, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by emailing defensenetworkllc@protonmail.com with subject: DELETE MY ACCOUNT.

Defense Network LLC is not liable for: the accuracy of information posted by members, outcomes of connections made through the platform, business decisions made based on information obtained through the platform, or any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

The platform does not provide legal, financial, or acquisition advice. Consult qualified professionals for those needs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the federal or state courts of the jurisdiction where Defense Network LLC is registered.
